Decimal notation parameter value

Dear Experts,

Decimal notation parameter is ‘zcsa/moddcpfm’, we want default decimal setting ‘1,234,567.89’ for all the users. (in su01, default tab, second value in decimal notation) Please help me to find out the parameter value (like 1,2,3,x,y,z….) or how to change the decimal notation for all the users in a single step?
