No application assigned to this applicant no.

    Hi Revathi,

    Did u check with PB30 and see the data that is avaliable for that particular Applicant number.

    And in which screen are u getting this error.

      Hi Revathi,

      Okay we will start of like first with PB10 where u get the Applicant number.Next is PB40 where u need to enter different information like the number of rounds of interview etc.Then PB60 to complete the planned activities.And if you want to transfer it to Master data then you have to go with T-Code PBA7.

      NUMAP is the feature which is used to check with the number range for the Applicants.

      Could you please check and update me if u are getting an error then in which screen.

    Check the assignment of Advetisement / Unsolicited for the Vacancy in PBAY.

    Check the receipt in PB60 whether it was completed.

    • Hi,

      You can create standard text by using tcode SO10.

      In the SO10 screen, first select text id for which u want to create text. If required text id not found, then enter text id and text name, click on "create" tab. Enter text as required and save.
