SAP C4C / ERP integration – ATP quantity

Hello experts,

I’m a C4C beginner and I’m facing a strange integration case regarding available quantities (ATP).

When entering a quote, if I choose a product quantity which is equal or below the available quantity in the ERP, C4C displays the quantity requested.

If I choose a quantity which is superior to the available one in the ERP, C4C displays 0. When this quote is replicated in the ERP, the quantity confirmed is also 0 at schedule line level.

If I try to create directly an order in the ERP, the system is able to confirm partially the quantity requested.

I’m was expecting C4C to display only the partial quantity that can be confirmed from ERP side and to trigger a warning accordingly. Am I wrong?

also,can you help me in understanding which idoc at ecc end is being used and webservice in c4c.

I am looking for to understand wrt ATP ,handled under payload at c4c and ecc end; parameters maintained
