Profit center creation

We have created new Profit centers valid from 01.03.2008. The old profit centers are effective till 29.02.2008. Now, while making posting for a complete Sales cycle, it is still picking up the old Profit center.

For your information the material code for which we are generating this posting is assigned with the new profit center.

Kindly advise as to what other configuration changes have to be made so that the new Profit centers are picked up.

Hi

Assign the Cost Centres, Business Area, profit Centres in OKB9. The first priority is given to OKB9. Second priority is Automatic Creation of Cost Elements. Third priority is manual creation.

Check OKB9 settings. It has the priority.
