Load Balancing/Reverse Proxy - SAP Netweaver ODATA

Good Morning All,

I need suggestions. We are implementing Netweaver 7.4 ODATA and SAP system had multiple application server including a Central Instance.

For Load balancing I know web dispatcher will be used, but I am not sure how to being. I have requested help from BASIS team and they are installing Web-Dispatcher, but what will be needed from ODATA configuration prospective. Is anything going to change. I think URL currently used to access ODATA will change as all calls will come via Web-Dispatcher.

If you can provide some guidance or links, books, documents, blogs that may help me. I will really appreciate.

SAP BASIS Team suggested use of Web-dispatcher and that resolved this issue.

We have this setup. Service will be published through SICF and you can put webdispatcher in front of SAP NW Gateway system
