How to color one key figure based on another?

Hallo,

we have the requirement to mark one key figure in a spreadsheet based on the values of another key figure. For example: KF-1 in red if KF-2 is equal to 1. We are using a BW Query as a data source so we can do it using an exception. The Problem is that the second key figure should not be shown in the spreadsheet and the Query exception woud not work without both key figures in the structure. Do you know a method to achieve this requirement in design Studio?

Tanks and beste regards,

Abdo

Hi Abdo,

If you use a Crosstab instead of a Spreadsheet, you could hide the KF-2 column by applying the CSS technique described in the following blog:

https://blogs.sap.com/2014/07/28/sap-design-studio-showinghiding-crosstab-columns-with-measures-with...

You could also debug the Spreadsheet CSS to see if you can apply the same technique as the Crosstab above.

Regards,

Mustafa.
