Hi All,
For an item in the contract we can see the condition record number in table A016 and details in KONP and KONH.
If we change that condition via ME32K ,by making a new validity period which is overlapping the existing validty period, the new condition validity dates and changes replace the old validity periods and the old condition record is deleted.I want to find out where to find the details about the condition records (for contracts )which have been deleted.
Thanks for your time,
ASA.
Hi All,
I need some help for copy control for inbound delivery. Can any one let me know where is the customization for this?
Is it t.code VTLA.
Path in IMG:Logistics Exectuion--
>specify copy control for delivery
But I am not sure if the above is the correct customization path.
The reason....
for target document type EL(Inbound delivery) the source document type is DL (order type schduling agreement). Ideally for inbound delivery the source document type should be purchase order. But I can't find the purchase order document types in F4 option.
All documents which are showing are sales order.
Awiting your reply.
Regards,
Sushanta

Asa,
The changes will be in tables CDHDR & CDPOS. You can query these with Object = COND_A. Enter any other selctions which you know (user, date etc).
Cheers !

Thanks Rajesh for your answer.
I am trying to build a customized report where one of the output column will show the condition record which have been deleted. Can this be accomplished through this report.I will try to check this and post
whether this serves my purpose.Meanwhile it would be great if you can tell me if there is a standard table where these deleted condition record numbers are stored.
Thanks and regards,
ASA

Hi,
You can run report RV16ACHD. This report can also be accessed from the condition records screen (Environment -- Changes --Change report).
Cheers !
