employee hierarchy in C4C

I need to create employee hierarchy in C4C to show the company's structure and reporting managers. ( Org. tree)

I have gone through the Organizational Structure documentation, but it did not help me figure out how to create specific roles (job titles) with hierarchy information for each employee..

How do I create this ?
