In BP Master : Order Balance showing Negetive (-) value

Hi Forum,

I have seen one of my customer's Balance of Orders is showing negative value.

I have checked Open Item List report as well, but not found any open order for the customer. I have also checked from SQL Server 2005 but not found any pending order.

Then why it is showing negative figure.

Can any body help me to trace out and resolve this problem.
