Restrict the pick list values of field in contract acciunt (CAA1)

I have added custom filed on CAA1 screen . now the field is displayed as pick list as required.

Now I need to restrict the custom field list values based on acc. determination id (KOFIZ). Please let me know where I can write my logic to restrict the values.

I have created a value table on domian level ...so on CAA1 transaction now help list values are displaying from value table , infact i didnt do any coding , now i want to restrict the values based on anothet field type ( acc. detremination id).

i find thread realtaed how to restrict the F4 field values on report..but my requirement is on standard screen CAA1.

Please help me
