VFX3 Slow down other process!!

Hi Expert!

I have strange problem since couple of days, it has been noticed that VFX3 slow down the process, it occupied the all update work process to finish the process, during this processes the other users requests goes to wait state andusers are not able save / post / display & print the documents.

My PRD hardware are as follows;-

RAM 8 GB each node

Processor IA64

Physical Disk 600 GB ( 400gb free)

OS Win 2003 SP2

database SQL 2005 SP2

Dispatcher Work Process for both nodes

Dialoague 14

Update 4

Update 2 (critical) 2

Background 3

SPool 2
