We have a requirement that the role should be approved by the user (who is creating/changing the role)'s line manager in GRC. Although the agent for Manager is present in Access request approval workflow, it is not present in the role approval workflow in GRC AC 10.0. Can the Manager agent be used in Role Approval workflow as well. I tried doing it but am unable to do it as there is no agent for Manager in Role Approval workflow.
I would suggest to utilize the GRC BRM module for this and do role creation from BRM so that, the person who creates role, can add them as role owners so that the normal work flow will be utilized without much changes.
You cannot use the standard/default manager agent, but you can create a custom agent(directly mapped/pfcg role) and you can use the custom agent in the stage level.
