Hi
Wat is the maximum no of lines in PO, PR, GRN??
Why it is starting from 10,20,30 .... and not 1,2,3....??
Ram
Hi
There is no as such limitation for line items in PO. But if you want to restrict , you can use following user exit;
EXIT_SAPMM06E_012
But FI document can be posted only for 999 items because the line item number (BSEG-BUZEI) field length is defined as (3) numeric positions, i.e., (999) line items.Hence usualy we create PO upto 999 line items
To overcome this SAP has provided some workarround check SAP notes 36353,117708 and 77161

Hi,
Please check the field carrying that field. Like PO line number field is EKPO-EBELP. This field has length 5. So for a PO, lines can be 10 (+5) mean 100000.
Similarity PR lines can (technically) also be 100000.
But GR lines have subsquent document. That is accounting document. It would also have limited lines. So GR would allow only that number of lines which can create a less than max number of lines of a accounting documents.
