    Dear Rabbani,

Now in C4C it is possible to create Z fields without any influence of Developers and most of time it is used by Functional Consultants. You have two options available:

Key User Tool ( KUT) - In this mode, you can add extension fields, add the same extension fields into different screens, scenarios, standard web APIs, form templates, data sources, and reports and also add new tabs (facets), section groups, and drag and drop fields into that new facet. These options can be used when the company wants to add fields/elements without any business logic and still wants it to be visible to the end user.

PDI extension field through SDK - However with business logic, through Cloud Application Studio you can add extension standard objects, enhance the screen, add those fields into scenarios, add them into standard web APIs in the form of a template. Use in process extension scenarios/Enhance forms and so on..

What to choose is total depends on the requirement of the user, If they need some simple scenarios they can make use of KUT functionality and if requirement is complex then can go for PDI.
