Hi,

how to copy the screen shots ?every one is saying print screen button how copy it ?means where to put the cursor in screen and how to copy it?pls explain ?

Hi,

Screen Shots r much simpler u know..

2 ways v can take screen shot depends on whether u need it as Soft copy or Hard copy...

Soft copy:

Press Print screen button on t needed screen,.. open Ms-paint.. Jus Paste the Content by ctrl+v...the screen is pasted as a picture there.. Then u can Crop the Content as needed and save it..

Hard Copy

Goto Customize layout Icon (alt+F12) that there is an option Called Hard Copy... if u click it na u l take a hard copy of the screen which is currently active now.

Select SAP window you want to take screen shot of.Make sure the window is active and press the print scrren buton.If the window is small then press ctrlaltprint screen.

Make sure the window on whioch u have to take print screen is the top window...
