STO no shipping and transport dates

Hello,

We are using STO process with route determination. For this we have activated route and shipement scheduling in:
MM> Purchasing > Purchase Order > Set up STO> Assign delivery type and checking rule.
We expected to have shipping and route dates in the Delivery Schedule tab of PO, here is a screen shot of the PO where all time dates are ZERO.

Any suggestion on what may be missing in order to have the dates displayed

Thanks in advance

Can you show your customizing from the mentioned path?

Or compare it yourself with the information shown in the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6iA4NDuf-IA

Thanks for the link Jürgen, I have watched and compared my settings. It seems our system is configured the same way as in the video.

Here is how the shipping and route scheduling are set.

can you add a screenshot from the shipping tab?

I think somehow it does not find its way to the corresponding data to derive the settings from the shipping point and from your routes

I am bit confused why the fields loading group and transportation group are empty here, as they are usually very important for route determination.

Your comment is pertinent. I have solved it by adding the loading group in "slaes: General/Plant" view of the material master. Thanks much

Jürgen, do you know if there is a possibility to define in the customizing a loading group per plant? (Example a loading group from plant XXX to YYY = 001)

Thanks in advance

loading groups are not plant specific.

of course you can define them with the same number as a plant number, and can also instruct the people who maintain the material master to take care about this logic.

Alternative you can add a logic to a BAdI to default values plant specific.
