After entering the T-code VF01, entering the delivery and pressing enter, the above error is coming. Please help

Seems to be some customized message which your technical team can tell. Check the message number. If it starts with Z or Y, then, to suit some specific business requirement of your client, this validation is set by your ABAP team.
