Fund center restriction

Dear all

The problem is we have many plants, the fund managment is under activation. But the problem is some other plants wrongly utilising the fund center of another plant. The fund is getting debitted wrongly due to that.

Please let me know how to restrict the same. what the object name we need to restrict the thro basis
