Retrigger alerts in SAP CRM 7.0 Ehp2

Hi Gurus,

I have a requirement where the alert for a particular category needs to be triggered after a particular time also the alert should retrigger if the user has not taken any action.

Say a contract if it is made on hold today.

My queries are

1.The action should trigger the alerts 5 days after the status has changed to on hold.

2.if even after 10 days (15 days since the contract is made on hold) since the alert is triggered,user has not taken any action ,it should be retriggered.This happens till the user completes the alert.The old alert must be wiped off and the new alert comes to the top in the alert queue.

Hi Vishnu,

I don't understand what you exactly mean by 'Alerts' as there are different types of alerts we use in SAP.

Please elaborate. Thanks!
