XL Reporter- Use of UDF's

Hi,

Is it possible to incorporate Master Data UDF's in XL Reporter? In the XLR Manage UDF menu, I can only see the Marketing Doc UDF's (eg AR/AP). Thank you.

All UDF's should be visible Allan. The only time I have seen UDF's not appear is when they have the same name in SAP in different areas, which you can do in SAP, but cannot do in XL Reporter ie a BP Master Data UDF "Account No", and a UDF on Marketing Docyments "Account No". Only one will be visible in XL Reporter.

Thanks, Julie. The master and marketing UDF titles were the same, so only the marketing field was showing up in XLR. Astute observation!
