hi Neeraja

its simple go to the corresponding screen and go with the button Prnt Scrn on your key board and past thats screen shot in a new word document. This contains the task bar also..,..

If you don't want to capture the task bar just go with ALT+ Prnt Scrn and past it in a new word document.

Hi Neeraja,

Do u want maintain steps in documentation open screen which one u want to take then fn (key with name ) + insert (Prt sc) . then goto word paste (ctrl+V) . if want record step step screen u can record through QTP it stores screen shots step by step ..if u want take as video file record using Camstastudio software availble.

if u have knowledge of QTP how to do it .its good and easy to learn .

IF u have doubt reply me .

if its useful reward me

Another helpful use is ALT-Print Screen.

This takes JUST the active screen and not the whole screen.
