Is there any Data source available to track customer (account) field level changes ?

As like changes facet in accounts, Can we have a data source for logging changes made on the account. Can we re use the context of changes facet tab for a data source.

Please suggest some ways to get a data source with the context of customer changes.

Try going through Business Partners work center > Business Partners Changes work center view to find the report on change history on account level.
