probelm in mb_migo_badi

hi ,

while displaying goods issue document the method LINE_MODIFY in MB_MIGO_BADI badi( MIGO) is not triggering in DEV and QAS . where as it is triggering in PRD .

what are the external factors for this to happen.

please update if it is having soltution.
