Hi ,
We have a scenario in objective setting performance appraisal system wherein the template has to flow from an employee to his superior . both are marked as chiefs of their respective organizational units -but this is not happening.
1) The employee ans his superior belong to different organizational units.
2)The organizational units are related using the standard (superior-reporting) relationship
3) The employee and the superior are chiefs of their respective organizational units.
Please can you give give any suggestions/inputs
