STO delivery is MRP relevant with MTS strategy 10

Hi gang,

I have a query concerning PP strategy 10 and its non MRP relevant elements.

I am working on a STO process triggered by special procurement in product master data for target plant B referring to a source plant A. Strategy for this product in plant A is 10.

A customer requirement is treated by MRP in plant B which give me a planned order.

in plant A this automatically creates a release on planned order which is not MRP relevant.

Back to plant B, I manually convert this planned order into a purchase requisition (transfer type). In plant A the release on planned order is automatically converted into a release on purchase requisition, also not MRP relevant.

Again, back to plant B, I manually convert the purchase requirement ibnto a purchase order (transfer type). In plant A the release on purchase requisition is automatically converted into a release on purchase order, also not MRP relevant.

This is all working fine so far, as expected.

But then the outbound delivery is created from plant A base on PO number.

This delivery cannot be seen in plant B, that's normal, in plant A it replaces the release on PO. The problem is that the outbound delivery in plant A is MRP relevant.

This seems inconsistent with the rest of the process objects...

Can anyone tell me if this is normal behavior or if we have missed something to make the delivery not MRP relevant as well?

More info on master data and customizing:

PR, PO are of type ZUB (copy of UB). Outbound delivery is ZNL, copy of NL, with item type ZNLN, copy of NLN (only change is that the atp check is turned off).

Schedule line is NN
