Hello,
I have an MM_EBAN archive session that is in an Incomplete Archive Session due to an SPOOL_INTERNAL_ERROR that happened after the actual archive completed. The store and delete jobs completed successfully. Is there a way in Tcode SARA or another Tcode that I can change this incomplete session's status to Completed?
Thanks,
Jacques
Hello Jacques,
Is the joblog for the spool error still in the system? If you no longer need the joblog information, delete it and your archiving session should then be in a completed status. The archive session will stay in an incomplete state if there is a failed joblog that is still associated with the archiving session.
Hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Karin Tillotson

Hi Jackes
You have another option deleting the session in ADMI_FILES table. But this is a not solution supported by SAP.
Hope this help you !

No,
You can't but it is not important because the next archiving session will deal with the data which may be left by the interrupted job.
Archiving is interruption-proff because only the data written in the files is deleted from the database.

Olivier
