Purchase Requisition

Hi,

How can I know if the purchase requisition of a particular material is open or close?

    Hi Marc,

    If a PO is created for the total dty requested in the PR fror the particular material ,then we conclude the PR is processed.

    We cannot create a further PO for the same PR.

      Hi Marc,

      You can still check the details in quantities/dates Tab at item level.

      You will have the open qty details and also the closed indicator.if the closed indicator is marked then PR is closed.

    EBAN-STATU will give u the processing status of the purchase requisition number.

    Hi Marc

    In EBAN table ,STATU field is 'N' (Not Editied),then the purchase reruistion is open.
