Follow on documents not getting updated in SRM.

Hi Experts,

Can any one suggest me a solution, As the follown on document status is not getting updated in the SRM,

I checked in BBP_PD and where i can see the PO number in Core key, But it is not getting updated in header links as Obj_key, BUt i can see the PO in the backend R/3.

I the queue is increasing in the application monitoring.

The BBP_GET_STATUS_2 is also exceuted and did not find any improvement. could be also a performance issue with this job.

Please suggest me some solution for this.

Hi,

Try running the BBP_GET_STATUS_2 manually just for any one shopping cart alone & see whether the status is updated.

Hi

My issue is slightly different as the follow on docs have all been updated, including receipt and invoice, and the status of the carts is correct. But the carts are appearing on the application monitors. Many appear each day and all investigations of the carts show nil errors.

So my question was more related to why are they appearing on the monitors.

Hi SaiRam,

Please check if the jobs for programs Clean_ReqReq_Up and BBP_Get_Status_2 are running fine.

And also check the variant for BBP_Get_Status_2 to see how many days old Shopping carts is this picking up.

Hello Sai,

Did you check if you have set some selection restrictions in the parameters from report BBP_GET_STATUS_2 ?

Maybe you should also have a look at OSS notes dealing with this report.
