Hi friends plz tell me in support project, when an issue will come from Clint side to the partner company’s help desk through VPN, now the SD consultant received the ticket. First he has to test it in QAS server. so how he will log in to the QAS server , means is there any particular icon will be there in desktop or he has to take the help of basis people or he needs to log in into a particular Clint . plz reply me

    Don't get confused with client's environment and local environment. In many of the cases your local network will be connected to client's network. So there is no need to use VPN connection. you have to just login to SAP logon pad, there will be multiple systems for Dev, Test.. etc... you can login to whch system you want.

    VPN will be normally used, if you are out of the client network. For example,...If you are working from home, and want to connect to client's network, you need to login to VPN

    (same like login to Windows), then work.
