Hi friends I have configured the account group for a prospective customer, By coping the standard. I have also maintained the partner determination procedure and then using the account group I have created a customer. While creating sales order, after entering the customer the system is giving a message—“ No pricing procedure could be determined.” Please reply me or the my procedure is correct or not plz reply me.

    hi,

the error pricing procedure could not be determined means that you have not configured your pricing funtion in SPRO screen properly.

Pricing procedure is determined by three factors:

    Sales area

Document pricing procedure maintained in your sales document type

Customer pricing procedure maintained in your customer master

make sure these three are configured correctly in t.code SPRO in sales basic functions in pricing procedure determination.

    hope this helps.

    regards,

    Siddharth.

    Hi,

Check for the customer pricing procedure in the customer master sales tab. Check the pricing procedure determination in VOK0, sales area + Customer PP + Doc PP + Pricing procedure.

    Dear Shyam

Go to OVKK and check you have maintained the pricing procedure for the combination of sales area, DPP and CPP. If not, please maintain and retry to create sale order.

    thanks
