Hi sap gurus

Hi Gurus,

GR was completed and valued using the PO price.

When the GR is reversed the value is different even though the quantity is the same.

There were no changes to the PO price

Date of Goods Receipt and Date of reversal is same.

How the system is calculating the GR value?

Just I need to know what might be various reasons

    Hi

Look at Price control in material master. If it is "V" then price will change if the price at which earlier procured is different from the current PO price. Also see any issues of material in between GR and reversal.

    Hi,

Please check if stock value is maintained at Moving Average Price(MAP).

In such a case if between GR and reversal if stock has increased due to some other GR, then the MAP of the stock will change due to change in stock quantity and hence the GR value will also change on reversal.

    Assign points if useful.

    Rgds,
