Theme Archive doesn't work in Netpoint 5.9

Hi,

I am trying to back up the Themes but the "Create Theme Archive" function in the Edit Theme doesn't seem to work, the screen just refreshes itself. It used to work I am sure. The same happens if I try to use the Zip function at the media browser.

I searched for new files but there are none. I need to clean the Netpoint db and connect it to a SAP Production db (now it is pointing to Test), Would like to start clean and export /Import the Themes into the new installation. Any suggestions ? txs

Permissions on the assets directory is usually the problem. (should have read/write permissions for the asp.net user)

Or maybe a theme directory was moved or delted.

So after clicking on the archive theme button there is not a Zip file in the assets/common/themes/ directory?

Can you upload a file to the directory?

    Do you get any errors?
