I have an Action Profile . On Activating the Action Profile , an email is being sent to certain people.
When I activate the action and go to transction sost and see the entries , I see messages with message number 672.
When I se the Long Text , it shows as follows:
"A message was sent from the application. The current status of the message is 'Waiting'. However, no entry exist (yet) in the queue. "
Can anyone please tell me how to rectify the above error please.
