URGENT - Narrative notes not appearing in ESS/MSS after approving Leave Req

Hi,

once the manager approves the leave request, the narrative notes disappear in both ESS and MSS in production server. But it is displaying in another server. what might be the problem? is there anything to be done in the portal to display the notes in ESS/MSS.
