Posting links to Accounting Documents

Hello Guru's!

I found A program on SDN which attaches documents(e.g. URL's, Files) to Business Objects. I modified this code so I could post URL links to a specific Accounting Documents. (will make this dynamic when I get the function working). I run the function but without any errors or results... I'll paste the Code, If anybody could see what's wrong with it, it'd be greatly appreciated....
