transaction ii views limitaions

while processing the transaction iview we will provide user with one transaction code in the details of iview,so my issue is when i see the preview of it i must be able to see only that transaction i have provide in the iview details .if i give /n <other transaction> also i must be restricted to the only one transaction that is given in ivew . how to do this .even did we can do any changes for preview of r3 transaction i view through the porta ,i want to remove the menu bar form portal.
