ESS not working

Hi all,

I have configure ESS SP 9 on EP 7.0 and ECC 6.0.ESS is shown in portal.

The problem is: when i click on Employee search page, no further page is shown.Similarly, when i click on working time, no further page is shown.This happens only when i doesn't give super admin role to user.

If i give super admin role to user, then all applications work fine.

What could be the problem? Please help.
