Hi,

Actually I got a # symbol for one of loads from CRM source. So the activation of ODS did not happen. Finally I could find the mistake in the Monitor and tried to Edit the data in PSA by deleting the request from the ODS.But Now when I tried to edit the data in PSA with the Pencil Icon I am not getting the field contents for any of the records.Hope I am clear. If not please let me know.

Thanks in Advance.

    Dear Vasu,

I think it is related to authorization issue as the same problem i had faced earlier and after granting the authorization i was able to edit the PSA.

    Regards
