Thanks in Advance.

Dear Vasu,

I think it is related to authorization issue as the same problem i had faced earlier and after granting the authorization i was able to edit the PSA.

Hi,

Actually I am fallowing the sam process. But Once I select the record and click on th Edit option in the POP-UP window of

change to selected records I am not seeing any thing. All the fields are totally blank.when all the fields are blank how can we edit the particular records?

Hi Vasu,

Just make sure that you are not selecting the records in bulk.

If you selesct records in bulk then in edit mode all the fields will be blank.

You have to select individually to see the contents of fields while editing.

If the same errorneous value exists in many records then select them in bulk and write the correct value (without #) manually in the particular field.

Hope this hepls.
