Is ASAP part of Solution manager or bothe are different

hai to everybody,

when we are in implementation we have to use either ASAP methodology or Solution Manager,

the question is

Is ASAP methodology a part of Solution manager or both are different

Can any one tell me even Schedule manager also

suitable answer will be highly appreciated
