Delivery Making for Assets

Dear Friends

I prepare a SO for Assets with Order type ZASS. When i save the order & run VL01n delivery making. It shows error

Copy is not possible, beacuse an entry is missing in table TVCPL:ZASS

Hi Vikas,

U have created new sales document type and Item category.

When U create sales order with new sales document type, it prompts for the item category. In this case I think u have configured Item category determination.

When u want to create a delivery document with reference to the sales order, U need to set the copycontrols from ur New sales document type and the delivery document type wihich u r using in delivery creation.

Go to VTLA, maintain copy controls for sales document type and delivery document type and also maintain settings for Item category ZTAN.

hi,

this is because you have not mentioned a copy control in the spro config screen.

go to the config screen if you have the authorization and maintain copy control in SD - sales - copy control.

here maintain your sales document copy control from ZASS to the delivery doc type.

then in item cat also maintain a copy control.

then run the process , probably you will go through.

Hi,

Maintain the copy control between your order type ZASS and the delivery type you are using and add item category ZTAN in the copy control.
