We have a New Project requirment for CRM in Hotel Management Domain. The Business Process is as bellow:
1. Guest Type Selection (Emp, Non-Emp)
2. Filling Form SA-665 (Form has to be designed)
3. Management Approval (Approval process)
4. Executive office Clearence (Approval Process)
5. Filling forms SA-775 or SA-8845 (Form has to be designed)
6. Manager Approval (Approval Process)
7. Room Availability Check (Closely Related to APO)
8. Reports (hopefully FactSheet).
Guru's can u Pls advise me How can I customize above Business Process using SAP Standards and Kindly advise me the high level Configuration.
