ARE 3 form creation

Hi Gurus

I have raised a sale order for deemed exports, next captured licence, picking and PGI was done.

After creating excise invoice in J1iin, then i am trying to create ARE 3 form, where i getting an error

" Cannot create ARE 3 for Duty paid Deemed exports excise invoice"

Please provide some solution

its urgent
