    Hello

    Assume FI is already implemented.

Now you need to configure AA.

Copy chart of depreciation / assign company code / check depreciation areas /

Create asset class for Asset under construction / assign number ranges / document type

Assign account determination to the asset class. Here you assign the GL accounts appliacble for AUC

Now create asset master record under the asset class AUC

Start posting amounts as long the construction or activity is carried on

Ensure 0% depreciation keys in the master record.

Assuming AUC is completed, define distribution rules for settlement of AUC, so that all the balances are transferred to a new asset account.

Assign dep keys / start date for dep and so on.

      Hello

      IMG>Financial Accounting>Asset Accounting>Transactions>Capitalisation of Asset Under Construction>Define / assign settlement profiles.

Once you do this come back to SAP main menu > Accounting> Financial accounting>Fixed assets>Postings>Capitalise AUC>Distribute and then settle.

Please go through SAP AA documentation if you have any doubts. Also test in sandbox.
