Can we use XI Business system

Hi,

We have done IDOC to file scenario. R/3 is sender and the XI is the receiver using NFS ( Used AL11 location)

Using R/3's BS for IDOC and XI's BS for File.

Now we configured the scenario as IDOC to Webservice

In this case we used R/3's BS for IDOC and the XI's BS for Webservice.

Is this is Okay . Will ther be any problem in configuring like this??
