pricing procedure

Im doing pricing procedure with standard RM0000.I have deleted the condition type pbxx in the img settings then i have added the same with new entries.now in my po condition values are flowing ,but when i save my po it is saying .im not able to save my po.urgent..

im not able to find what is the mistake i have made.
