Problem In Installtion of solution manager SR3 on Windows 2003/ DB2 UDB

Hi Experts,

I am installing Solution manger 4.0 SR3 on windows 2003 / DB2 Database. Installation terminated at phase 19 0f 63 UPDATE DATABASE CONFIGURATION.

ERROR 2008-03-19 08:49:54.238

MDB-01999 Error occured, first error is: <SQL5130N The value specified for the configuration parameter>

ERROR 2008-03-19 08:49:54.254

MUT-03025 Caught ESAPinstException in Modulecall: ESAPinstException: error text undefined.

FCO-00011 The step UpdateCfg with step key |NW_Onehost|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_Onehost_System|ind|ind|ind|ind|1|0|NW_CreateDBandLoad|ind|ind|ind|ind|10|0|NW_CreateDB|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|NW_DB6_DB|ind|ind|ind|ind|1|0|NW_DB6_UpdateDbCfg|ind|ind|ind|ind|22|0|UpdateCfg was executed with status ERROR .

I tried troubleshoot with SAP note 919651 and 1056695 and for the error code MDB-01999 and MUT-03025.

Also according log i have Stop the DB Instance and Retry with Installtion to Continue.

But Still I am stuck in the 19 Phase of Installtion.

Could you please advise me to resolve this problem
