Can the standard Fiori apps made available offline?

We have extension points to extend the standard Fiori apps delivered by SAP - This part is clear. But how about if the same apps needs to be made available in "offline" mode? If the architecture supports it, does the standard apps have extension points or any other provision to be made to work in offline mode too? Please clarify. Thanks!
