Confirmation allowed though no stock in Required bin

I have a scenario where in we use warehouse management,

For a production order(collective order),we stage materials from one bin to another(automatic TO creation),though the material is not transferred from bin to another but confirmation is allowed by CO11N,resulting in a negative stock in the bin.

Is there a possibility to restrict confirmation,no stock is available in bin(in other words,when the transfer has not happened from one bin to another)

Hi,

Please do the following settings is OPK4, for the order type, in the plant, in general individual entry tab, error handling tick goods movement-->termination of incorrect goodss movement.

It is already done,but that setting is for the storage location level but i require solution for the BIN level availability check and termination.
