New Comapny code

Hi Friends,

I have to create new company code in HR perspective, and the same is already created by FI/Co guys.

Please let me know what are the configuration chages i have to set up in the HR System.

In my project OM,PA,Benifits are implemented.

      Hi Sikindar,

      s, u r correct. which is already created by them.Iam in a support project.

      My requirement is, i have a new co,code Spain. Which has Personnel areas, subareas, payrollareas etc. i got all the info. In my project OM,PA,Benifits are implemented already.Now i want to know the what are new chages i have to do for Company code SP-Spain.

      Please let me know if any issues

    Hi

    you are not supposed to chage any FI elements

    so it is work of Fi you need to map it in your HR fRONT

    Hi Mani,

    When you want to create a new company code you have to make sure all the subgroupings are correct.

    First, you have to create new personnel areas, personnel subareas for the new company code (Even if you have only one employee for the new company code you have to create atleast a PA and PSA). Then you have to create new Org Structure for the new company code.

    Since you are not using time and payroll, it is ok even if you did not check various Personnel Subarea Groupings. But it is advised to make sure all the grouping are same (Ex: PSA grouping for Quotas, WR.....)
