Error at phase Installation status: failed

Hi,

i am getting problem in phase Installation. please look into the below error:

PREPARE: START OF PHASE SHDINST_CPY

You have the alternative to use the profiles

from a test upgrade with identical environment

for the so-called shadow instance. If you choose

this alternative the profiles will be taken from

the subdirectory <save>.

Please also refer to the upgrade manual for more details!

when i choose yes, i am getting this error "SEVERE ERROR: copy of C:\usr\sap\put\save\SHDINST.LST failed"

if i choose no, its running but at the end i getting this error

"'Installation' status: failed".

Please see file C:\usr\sap\put\log\CHECKS.LOG

for the actions which have to be performed.

my R3up is running but shadow instance is down, dispatcher is not connecting to message server.

please help me.
